Orders do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that have incorrect prices from any technical or administrative errors that may occur on our end.
CELARA warrants all product offered on our E-Commerce site against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer uses for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, we will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at our expense, (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. CELARA does not have any obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to us. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes CELARA’s property. The warranty does not entitle you to replacement or refunds for lost or stolen items. General wear and tear or misuses of the product are not covered under the warranty.
