Shipping and Returns
We want you to begin enjoying your Celara jewelry as quickly as possible so we offer complimentary Next Day Air shipping on all orders over $1000, complimentary 2nd Day Air shipping on all orders over $500 and complimentary ground shipping on all orders under $500 to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please note that Next Day Air shipping to certain remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii may require one additional day.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will ship the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships.
If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within the time frame specified, the Celara Concierge will notify you at the time your order is received.
All orders require signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
If your order does not qualify for expedited shipping, you can choose to upgrade it at the following cost:

APO & FPO
All shipments to APO & FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority and due to military handling times, delivery may take up to 21 days to some locations.
All orders shipping outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be considered International Orders. We offer complimentary international shipping to the following countries organized by geographic region:
Bermuda, British Virgin Island, Canada, Mexico, US Virgin Islands
Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Japan, South Korea
Australia, Guam, New Zealand
All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address. The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, and import duties that may be applied by local governments. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. Celara is not associated with these fees and is unable to advise the amount of these charges to you. Please contact your local postal service for further information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you fall in love with your jewelry the moment it arrives. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after you receive your order. Celara offers complimentary return shipping. The original receipt or packing slip must accompany returns and exchanges and items must be returned in a new and unused state with all original tags and stickers still attached. Celara cannot accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of goods, minus the cost of the initial delivery charges. We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt, however your credit card company may take longer to credit your account.
For a gift, merchandise credit will be issued for the value of the merchandise when accompanied by the original packing slip that shipped with the item(s).
